Help newbie question 30AA how do you time this thing

motor was missing did tune up realized I didn't mark rotor position is it possible to seat that cam bearing in the wroung position and how would I check or find correct firing order is it 1 tdc or am I ok any suggestions before I turn motor would be appreciated Charlie I don't have any books or ford expierence not even sure wich cylinder is one !
