high speed gears for my 29 AA rear end.
I am wanting to install high speed gears in the rear end of my 1929 AA worm gear rear end. How do I do it and where can I get high speed gears? also how do I replace the axel seals in the axel tubes? and where can I get the axel seals? Thanks.

Re: high speed gears for my 29 AA rear end.
I have never replaced the seals. But, the seals are installed inside of the axle housings. So, a tool needs to be made to allow old seal to be removed and the new seal to be installed. Hopefully, someone has done this and will provide details. Anyone know of a source for the seals??
The high speed worm and worm gear are interchangable with the corresponding low speed setup. You will also need the high speed speedometer drive and driven gears to run the speedometer correctly. Both gears are hard to find and are not cheap!
You could contact Joe Davis at jdavis@amuffler.com. Joe had a high speed worm drive axle for sale in the April 2008 newsletter.
