distributor removal ?

HI; newbe here ,and not sure what i have. Trying to restore a doodlebug model a (I think)worm drive rear axle, two trans. etc ! motor number is *A4448080* how does the distributor come out ? have screw on side of head out now it wiggles but thats all.

Squirt in some penetrating oil or Kroil and keep wiggling. Do not try to pry it out.
