Hi everyone,
I am getting ready to have my wheels powder coated and am curious how much "gloss" to have the fella use. He used 50% gloss on the frame but I was curious how glossy the original finish on the wheels might have been. Thanks for any input,
Drew

Re: Powder coating wheels on '29 AA
Hello Drew,
The A and AA wheels were originally dipped in black enamal (like the fender, aprons, boards, etc.). This resulted in a high gloss.
I have a set of '28 steel spoke wheels which were rust pit free and they came out nice in high gloss power coating.
