Has anyone got a good 5:14 speedo drive gear i can purchase? Parts inspection reveals mine has lost it's cogs that ride in the drive shaft grooves.

Re: 5:14 speedo drive gear
Russ,
That one looks OK. If it spins on the splines when you put it on the drive shaft
it is probably off a BB. Somebody put a BB one on my AA and it would just spin on the
spline as the BB splines are bigger.

That's likely what it is then. Did you fit up a BB driveshaft in it, or find the proper AA drive gear?

Re: 5:14 speedo drive gear
Hello Russ,
I received an e-mail via the forums and I think it is from you regarding brake shoe rollers. The e-mail address is rja921@pacbell.net and my e-mail back to you came back as not deliverable. So, send me an e-mail with your usable e-mail address. It must be that your e-mail address on the forums is wrong.
I do have some brake shoe rollers.

back to the pinion gear.

I need a 5.14 driven gear if anyone has one for sale or trade.

i guess you know the difference between a sea story and a fairy tale ??
A fairy tale starts "once upon a time...." and a sea story starts "Now this is no s**t ....! !!"
