28 wire wheels

I have 4 '28 20" wire wheels for sale or trade .Two are still attatched to a parts chassis that has to go with the wheels. They are poor shape, maybe not even salvagable. The chassis is located in mid coast Maine. The other two are ok, with some pitting and a couple of bent spokes. They have been blasted and primed. They are in North Carolina , I95 area. I have one hub cap that is currently missing in my moving mess but I know its here somewhere. I would like to trade for 21 " auto wheels with rubber that just holds air or a pair of 29 commercial headlights or ??? I dont have any pics of the chassis and I am currently in NC.I also have one 30-31 comercial headlight and three 30 -31 auto headlights and a 30-31 headlight bar to sell or trade.
