AA Crew Cab with Vicky body

Here is a picture of the truck in Hershey Pennsylvania. Has anyone any knowledge about these? It is supposed to be factory made. Any info would be nice.

I know the guy, made truck out of a four door, cabinet maker by trade, lives in the Akron/Canton Ohio Area, Bruce

Who told you this was factory made? The sign in front of the truck tells exactly how it was put together.
