Jim, what is the maximum outside width allowable for a trailer like yours, including wheels and fenders, etc?

Dave,

Maximum legal width is supposed to be 102 inch total with lights - fender flares - door hardware.

But there is a 3 inch allowance so theoretically you could have a 105 inch wide trailer.
