1929 survivor on ford barn

Post by nreed » February 27th, 2012, 3:20 pm

Right now there is a very nice '29 AA listed in the swap meet section of "the ford barn" web sight. I have seen this truck and even posted pictures on the ford barn sight for the owner because he said he couldn't. I won't comment on the price but the quality of this truck is outstanding!! Will try to post a link: http://fordbarn.com/forum/showthread.php?t=62470

Holy Carp! I've seen that truck before. It used to sit in a parking lot on the south side of RT36 (at least I think it was 36). Dad and I stopped to look it over last spring on our way home from an E.A.A. Workshop.

You're right. The owner uses it to advertise his tire business and moves it every two days to a different location. The pictures were taken inside his tire store last month. The signs on the sides of the truck are attached to the sideboards. Something that hasn't been said about the truck is that it has the three speed transmission plus the dual high attachment.
