From the one picture it looks to be a fairly nice truck.

Note how the express body does not rest on the frame. This is a TT express body and no attempt was made to convert it to an AA express. It makes one wonder what was used as the spare wheel carrier since the TT didn't have one. The AA express wheel carrier results in the spare tire resting on the running board.

Note the Ford script above the high rear window. So, the 82-A cab must be a February 1928 or earlier. It would be interesting to see more detailed photos to see if the chassis is an early one as well.

I am sad to hear that Don is ill. He is a super nice guy who has a lot of vehicles and parts. I bought an AA Express bed from him.

My dad and I Looked at this truck today, come to find out it was just couple miles down the road from us. We were hoping to get a close look at the rear fenders. I'm still looking for fenders for my 29 stake bed. Dons truck is really clean. It was nice to see such clean AA truck in person. I wish I would have taken more pictures for reference. I haven't been working my AA truck lately. I moved into a new place and trying to get a "Ole Ford Garage" up and working.
