PTO for hi lo gearbox

I need a PTO that bolts to the hi lo gearbox on a '28 AA to run a winch. I'm located in western Pa. Also looking for a correct tail light for the same truck.

I have been looking for one for years. It is a 4-bolt. Many people think that they have what you need, but remind them it is a 4-bolt.

Do you have any pictures of the levers that come through the floor to engage/disengae the PTO?
