Hi I'm looking for the optional tag axle or information on how to rig one up would be great thanks

Are those LED lights that are mounted below the AA's headlights? I'm on a Search & Rescue team. We recently mounted some LED lights on the front of one of our team's trucks. Man! They're so bright that they blind you, if you look directly into them!
