For what it is, the price is one hell of a DEAL.
If it was east of the Mississippi River, we would buy it and at the least part it out over time.
I'll go get it and store for you at my place, you pay me $300 for fuel.

I live in Tehachapi, but do alot of traveling for work. Will be in Oklahoma from Jan to March.
