Want to find an original sidemount bracket for a '28-'29 Model AA Express bed.
It would have been riveted to the side of an Express box with a plate on the inside of the box for reinforcement. My original '28 Express box must have been sideswiped by a semi or something "back in the day" and it ripped the sidemount bracket through the side of the bed and tore a jagged hole big enough to put a basketball through. I can repair the hole but need the sidemount bracket. If you have a bed that is rotted out or a pure rust bucket that might still have the sidemount bracket attached, please let me know. As a sweetener, I will trade a New Old Stock '28 AA wirewheel hubcap for one (last time I saw an NOS hubcap like this sell on ebay it went for around $400). My phone number is 512 - eight 25 - 3369. Call between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm Central time - I'm in Texas).
Thanks,
Fred

I guess I recently let my NOS '28 AA hub cap go way too cheap:

A guy in Sweden bought it for a AA there!

FYI - attached is a drawing of the carrier Fred is looking for which shows the brace located on the inside of the body.
