1929 Ford AA Express Spare Tire Mount

Post by Cramsey2280 »

I need a 1929 Express Spare tire mount. I have a fender mount for the later style spare tire mount, however do not want to cut it up in order to make it work. We are restoring a 1929 AA Express with the disc wheels and are in need of the spare tire mount.

Thanks
Charles Ramsey

I have the sides and bottom parts of the windshield frame. I had to use the top piece because ours was damaged. But I do have the rest. I know a guy in claremore that I believe has a set of rear fenders, but I do not know if he will let them go or not. I will ask him. The express guys have to stick together if we ever expect to find parts. Deff keep an eye out for me. Only part needed to finish a frame off restoration.

He said that it is the driver side fender. I would probably let the frame parts go for $75 plus shipping. I am still looking for a spare tire carrier. It doesn't look right without one!!! I believe I have an express tailgate lying around here somewhere also.
