Wanted: AA Radiator Shell
I am looking for an AA Radiator Shell. Picked up a '30-31 AA Dump last October. Came with 2 bad A radiators and an A radiator shell. So I need a new radiator and or find a good used one and a shell to fit.
Thank you.
Can the AA Dump run well on an A radiator?
Paul

AA's seem to be sensitive to cooling... and to make it authentic... but a good A radiator ought to cool an "A" engine pretty well.

I have not been able to receive e-mails from this board, I just discovered why, so use the PM, I can tell you that I do not have a 30-31 AA rad shell but know someone that does, I have been trying to contact him.
You should add your location to your info, this makes it easier to help each other find parts that are closer to you as shipping is expensive, if you are on the west coast and need a radiator then I would recommend a recored 4 row 10 fin from Berts in Denver the one I have from them has original Ford tanks and frames, If in the east then Bergs radiator has an excellent reputation they build them with newly made original style tanks.
Regards Brian.

I like the way they show a lot of closeups of the good areas of the shell
and none of the beat up parts.

Would take a lot or work but it ain't rusted away, and if you have nothing, it's a good starting place for $50....

Where do you see the good parts -- LOL, ---- I cant see paying for shipping scrap iron across country, plus the $100 there asking, its not even a late double A shell.

Re: Wanted: AA Radiator Shell
I agree. Hard to spend that kind of money for perhaps slightly better than scrap. I certainly do not need it to be perfect as the truck is far from it and have no plans to restore it cosmetically for now. I will keep looking but thank you for passing along. Regards.
