James, By early '30 I assume you are looking for the ones that do not have the raised hub flange? How soon do you need them?

Early 30' Budd Wheel

I have one I would be willing to sell for $75 plus shipping. The wheel is a solid North Dakota find. I would include a solid type snap ring for ya. The rim section has some bangs on the outer section of it which you would not see unless mounting it on a dual facing outside. Let me know and I could send you a picture or two.
