need 5 wheels, not sure if need 5 or 6 hole??

Your need the five spoke (hole) wheels. If your truck is early '31 then you can use either the '30/'31 wheels or the '31-'33 wheels.

May would be considered mid 1931 and you should have the '31-'33 wheels. All '30-'33 wheels have a date (like 5-31) stamped on the inside between two lug bolt holes.
