i read after a certain point, all cars and trucks were built w/heavy/duty clutches...yes? no?

There was an AA-7550 clutch disc assembly used on AA's with the single disk clutch (from late '28 to end of production). I don't know the specifications on it. The A clutch disk will work fine unless you are going to hauling heavy loads.

The model a clutch is a 9.0 inch clutch and the model aa is a 10 inch clutch. The A will work but the correct clutch is slightly larger. My original that came out of my truck had no center springs. I had this completely religned by a clutch shop. Once this was complete I was able to find a new old stock clutch with springs.
