There are 4 or 5 original Model A horns on ebay right now. They have gotten rather pricey. Just search for "Model A horn".

1928-29 steering wheels were either keyed or splined to the shaft. You need to tell us which one you want.

FYI you can buy a brand new imported keyed steering wheel for $100 from snyders...
