It is sold for $1050 but here is the link if you want to see it:

Looks like the rear of the frame was sawed off.
What kind of fender brackets are those?

I have the same frame configuration on my late '28 frame, so I don't think it's been cut. the fender brackets & running board brackets seem later, possibly late '29/newer or even reproduction(I'll wait for Neil to 'chime-in' on this.) The wheels on the chassis look '29, but the loose wheels look '31 or newer. The 4spd trans says '29 or later. It appears to be a decent price if it all works.

I also noticed the rear spring to center pivot 'U- Bolts' as '29 or later(?), & the rear axle also.

It's a '30-31 chassis, probably early '30 if the sheet metal was originally with it.
Too bad the dumb seller did not include the serial number.
Typical dumb ebay seller with missing information and wrong year.

Definitely a 1930 chassis. Easy way to tell is the tapering of the main rails at the back and the 4th cross member is flat instead of humped. The humped version was to accommodate the worm drive rear used in 28-29.

I asked for the serial number and was told there was none.
