Set of 5 matching 6 hole AA wheels

Post by 1crosscut »

This is a fully matched set of Firestone 6 hole wheels for a Model AA Ford truck. Wheels and lock rings are all from the same truck. The January 1929 manufacturing stamp can be found on three of the wheels. All of the wheels are in very good shape, by no means perfect but they are nice. I had flaps, tubes and tires mounted on these rims and was ready to put air into them when I decided to go with spoke wheels on my truck instead. I then pulled the tires off and put the wheels into storage thinking that I would at some time switch back to these wheels just to change the look of my truck. It has been several years and I just don't think that I will make the switch so I have decided to part with them.
I am not interested in splitting up the set.
I did my truck as a preservation restoration so I left them unpainted except for one. I painted it because this was the wheel I was going to use as the spare. Not quite sure why I painted it now but at the time it seemed to make sense.
Send me a p.m. if interested.
