that is a TT worm and worm gear, the splines on the worm are different on a TT than an AA

Is that worm gear set nos ,does it have a ford script stamped stamped on the side anywhere and is it 2 inches wide??

the width of the gear is 1 3/4 " wide. I could not find any stamping on it.

The attached picture shows the AA and TT worm gear widths. In my experience the TT worm gear can be use in the AA axle. The TT worm has a reduced diameter splines. And, it has been reported by Ford Truck Nut that the TT worm is shorter than the AA.
