31' Front Spring Needed

Post by Chris Reed »

Hi Everyone, I have two broken leafs in my front spring and have found that no one makes a new spring.

Does anyone have a clean front spring to spare?

Did the front spring differ through the years?

Thanks,
Chris

I thought the suppliers sold a 30/31 front spring... If you only have 2 busted leafs find a spring shop in your area and have em made.

MACS does have a 28-31 12 leaf spring listed for AA.

Hopefully its the right one.

MACS must not know what they are selling. The 1928/1929 AA front spring was a 12 leaf assembly (1-3/4" wide). The the 1930/1931 front spring was a 13 leaf assembly (2-1/4" wide) for AA131 or a 14 leaf assembly for AA157.
