Just curious what you think of the price? The AA market is hard to grasp, supply and demand is low.

as to price, 3500 is asking price, they might do better. If you look at parts value, here in the east a CCPU cab will bring 1500+ needing restoration. I just paid 350 for a right door for a 30-31 CCPU and was happy to find one. They say it runs which is no indication of how well, but it is a starting point and i suppose the driveline is complete. Wheels go for 150+ in good shape if you can find them. If it was close by I would look at it, it won't be a project for someone inexperienced, and if someone else is doing the work for you it will turn into a very expensive project. Just finishing my '31 Budd cab AA, not sure if I would dive into another full blown AA restoration, but if it was around the corner from where I live it might find a new home. And then there is the fact that there aren't many out there, so someone who can do it justice needs to bring it home and start fixing it up and make all the parts vendors happy..

I just saw this thread. The CL posting has expired. Does anyone know if the truck was sold, or how to contact the seller?

Thanks, I was hoping to see a factory "Service Truck" but it's just a tow truck with a non-Ford body on the back, and it's WAY overpriced for the condition. I did try to email the seller but got no reply, I guess he only accepts phone calls. I'm not going to call him since I am not going to buy it.
