I am planning on making a casting run of mirror bracket AA-17745. It will have the two mounding holes, the mirror stud hole, and the threaded bolt hole on the outer end. It will not include the special hex head bolt shown in the example (see attached).
This bracket was used on the 82-A closed cab starting in early 1929 for AA's with the platform cargo body. It was attached to hinge pillar d5 as shown at http://aafords.com/aa-body-types/body-d ... rrors/#pib. However, it can be used on any A or AA with a 79-A panel delivery, 82-A closed cab, or 85-A panel delivery which has a d5 type of hinge pillar.
From past experience, this will be a 1 to 2 year project. I will start the project once I have 20+ prepaid customers. The cost will be $80 each (maybe less).
Email me at neil@aafords.com if your are interested in this mirror bracket.

Re: Mirror Bracket AA-17745
I updated the original post - yes, all holes will be drilled. The hole on the outer end will be threaded. The bolt on the outer end will not be included.
I don't know why the part id is upside down. The supplier trade mark can be seen in the photo.
