WTB 4 Bolt PTO

Looking for a PTO, the one that bolts up to the 2 speed. I have a 1929 3 speed transmission with the 2 speed behind it. It takes a 4 bolt PTO, not 6 bolt that mounts to a 4 speed transmission.

I'm still looking for a 4 bolt PTO for the 1929 3 speed transmission with Direct/Underdrive behind it. This PTO bolts to the Direct/Underdrive unit.

Sorry I don't have one to sell, but do you know who built the 4 bolt PTO? I need a lever for mine if you ever come across one.
