I guess it would take a few years and quite an effort to put it all back together :-)

I could probably have it on the road in a couple of days. I didn't say pretty. Just on the road.

Flush and clean fuel and cooling systems. Go through ignition system, Clean and repack all wheel bearings. Grease everything, Drain and refill all oils. Oil the cylinders. I probably wouldn't want to run those tires very far. I wouldn't replace the tires until I found out why it was parked in the first place.
