This is the dual high transmission with the rear frame mounting plate. It also has the rocker pedals and mount with bolts, and the rod. The pedal pads look like they have never been used. The truck it came out of appears to have been a low usage truck by the condition of everything on it. I pulled it out and replaced it with a Warford transmission.
