Wanted - Front Axle
Does anybody have a 'straight' front axle for a 28 early 29 AA? My axle is about as far from coplanar as possible. I can get it straightened but if somebody has an axle priced reasonably, it'll be easier for me to go that route. Thanks!

29 front axles
what you need is an axle from a car as they are the same as early 29 AA's. be sure to keep your aa spindles, drums, wishbone, shocks etc as they are aa only. the bare axle beam, king pins, and spring perches, will interchange from a to aa. if there is something i forgot please hold out for a more expert opinion, but you can start shopping for a car front beam with confidence. just don't junk any aa parts till its assembled. happy hunting, dick kinney, newberry mi.

A/AA Front Axle
The A and AA front axle is one in the same for '28/'29 however the spring perches are different for the AA (the ball for the shock linkage is up slightly higher than an A).
