All I picked this up about a month ago and has been sitting in a barn for 15+ years
after sitting in north dakota for who knows how long. She fired up last weekend but has a stuck clutch and one drum on the rear that doesn't want to break loose. Gotta start some where. The sheet metal is solid minus the passengers fender. I think I over paid a little though $1300, what do you think?

Is that your son in the photos? He looks pretty darn happy around the ol' girl. Heck, yeh, that makes it worth every bit of $1300!!!

I've seen doors that didn't look as good as those sell for near $500 each.
I'd say you did alright.
Get some wood in the cab and a top and seats for the old girl and run it.
