Man you guy's back east getting hammered with the snow bigtime!,time to bring out the "AA"snow machine EH!!!

Getting up to 16" tonight into tomorrow up here in CT. Should be a good drive into work, I drive an hour one way on a nice day, but that is the price of living in the country.

that movie is the only place ive seen that fordson snow mobile does any one have one or see them sold ? is it common in the mid west? great concept looks like it could be a really useful machine .

Modeleh!,I'm glad you posted that,I saw that Amstead snow motor somewhere and lost it,neat concept,I built A "AA" snow thing year's ago,used a split '49 ford hood for front ski's just welded the wheel's to the hood halve's,for the rear two rim's on each side,welded 2" angle iron to the rim's and off we went, Worked good,stearing was a bit touchy tho!!

Nah! no picture's,Look' as tho. i have edit my story.,seem's I was working on a buddie's truck hood, when i wrote that, musta had a hoodie mind!,actually it was a trunk lid I used,I'll look some more for some photo's.
