Can anyone tell me anything about this McCord heater that we took out of our 32AAB? I know the trucks history since 1946, and it was in the truck then. I have been told that McCord made radiators for Henry. It has a tag that says "McCord Radiator Mfg. Co. Detroit Mich". Model # CH-300.

I can't tell you much, other than it is awesome and you're lucky to have it. I love the old period accessories, you won't find one of those in the Mac's catalog!

I thought my otwell heater was cool ..... but yours is way cool ( or should I say warm ) . That would realy warm up the cab ..... Amazing design ...

Thanks for the replies. I'm not sure what I'm going to do with it yet. I stuck it back in the mounting holes and it doesn't take up as much room as I had thought. I may just mount it up for a conversation piece. I have been told that when my father in law bought the truck in '46 the heater was in it, but it wasn't hooked up.
I guess I could be talked into trading it for a set of NOS running boards and rear fenders for our truck.

You need some pedal pads man. There really isn't much left!

I would be keeping it in there ... It is just too unique and shows some of the simple yet usefull accessories that could be bought and installed on the AA's . Besides it looks soooo cool
