They maybe covered in mud ---- appears to have been cruising on some dirty road.

looks like a 31 the wheels seem to have the reinforcement bead on the outside of the hub bolt holes as noted in the SB april 31 pg552 also wheels dont look muddied so im curious about the non cad as well

Just like the big city, someone stole the original rims and left the AA on blocks.
