This is that frame after I carefully cut all the welds and did a temporary fix to the frame so I could move it over the highway. BTW Trevor, love your truck!fordman88 wrote:wow!! yea i would imagine that would put a wee bit of strain on things...!!

here are a couple of pictures of what june looks like now, with the parts of April weighing her down... ive heard of "two steps forward and one step back" but this is like two years forward, three years back!!

By the way, what size tires do you have one the rear of that '29? I've considered stepping up a size for more payload. I am running 6.50x20 rears and 6.00x20 in the front on my '28 dump truck.

6.00s will haul every thing you could possibly load on your truck. I hauled a pallet of 4" cinder blocks weighting 4,300 lbs. in a'62 1/2 ton pu with 6 ply mil.tires 16" 30 years old tires a distance of 30 miles with no problem. Make sure your tires are properly inflated. that is the main cause of a blow out is under inflation!!!!!!!!!!!

way late on replying but, the tires on the back of june are 7.00. between it being a flat bed and the price (free), i found that they worked out quite well hahaha
