Don't know which year this AA frame is?

I bought this AA frame-cowl-seat frame from a local guy (second owner in Louisiana) . The truck originally came out of Missouri. I don't know what parts were connected when arriving. When I bought it it was mostly a basket case. The frame had the front and rear axles, engine, tranny, cowl (with a model T windshield) mounted in a wood frame. The cowl is of that of a roadster L'3 -E'31.Front fenders and short running boards mounted. The rest was a basket case. The thing is the frame has no serial. I had the cowl up about 18" Cleaned the frame good and it reviled no serial numbers. I could see where the frame was scratch when being formed. There was no signs of any thing being ground off. I tried acid to see if I could raise any numbers with no luck. Also as wierred as that was there was no serial number on the engine. There are no grind marks,on the pad on the block. I tried acid several times but no numbers appeared. It has a battery cable attached to the starter. The terminal at the starter is stamped 1930. Would this be the year- date of this frame. It is a 131 WB. The engine runs but has a loud wrist-pin knock. The pictures below will explain some

Bevel gear rear end so sometime mid to late 29 and beyond.
No serial numbers on the engine most likely means it was an industrial engine off a binder, cement mixer etc... not intended to be put in a vehicle.
I have an industrial engine with no serial numbers sitting under my work bench.

It being an industrial engine may explain no engine serial # But what would explain no frame serial #. The truck is in very good mechanical shape front fenders are rough. The hood and radiator shell are in great shape. Mechanically The running gear is in good shape Rear springs and hangers are in great shape, The frame has been shorten about 6"or 8" which I have repaired. The clutch and brake peddles has little or no wear on them and the bushings are tight or has no wobble side to side. don't understand why on serial # on frame and engine. Shelby, Sacramento.

What do the rims look like if not for duals?

The wheels do not have enough off set to be able to put the rims on side by side. I guess that the are the late 1929 wheels. Shelby, Sacramento.

That sure looks to be a Late 1930 0r '31.

Those wheels are for duals, I think the problem is the tires are to big.
If they are 6.50 or larger they will probably rub. One of the trucks I have
had spacers between the wheels to run 6.50's.

I do have over size tires on the rear. They are 700 X 20s the guy had two trailers with duals on them, one had 600 X 20s the other had 700s. I told him I wanted the 600s he told me they would be there when you are ready. They had been there for over 15 yrs. all were aired and had good rubber, hardly any wear. I went over about a month later and the trailer with the 600s were gone. I went ahead and took the 700s tires (4) I told him about the trailer was gone. He said he had another trailer at another location that he though had 600s. I didn't go and keep the700s.
Bob the wheel would need 1" spacers in order to fit. Shelby, Sacramento.
