@Jared275, They are going to make the bed sides and tailgates. They most likely won't make the fenders. The cost of the die is too much. Early quotes peg it in the ball park of $350,000 up per side.

Everyone. The strips got slightly waylaid. There was an issue with the final die for the side pieces. They are past that now and are in the finishing process. If everything goes well, they plan on having orders out in 2 weeks or less.

Thank you!

Hello everyone if you have purchased the express skid strips from AMERICAN MUSCLE CAR please contact me at AHOOGA A & T (Steve Hill) (937-746-7105) ext. 2 I need to talk to all of you as I am sorry for the long delay on the strips. We currently have all of the middle strips complete and one of the side strips we are finishing the tooling for the other side and will be getting them out to you soon. Also we are almost finished with the rear plate that wraps around the end of the wood. We will have the fronts for both the Model TT - early 28 and also the late 28 - 31 we are slowly making each part to help all of the express bed lovers like myself be able to have one. The Sides are next on the list!!!!!!!

how do these strips compare to the ebay or catalog ones? I know the ends arent correct on them though but the profile seems correct. Can get them in steel or stainless steel.

As far as I know there are no 89-A skid strips and/or side floor retainers being sold. List the URL's of what you reference please.
