How much clearance are you running on the bearings??

I don’t know, the engine was built by Antique Engine Rebuilding.

Was the oil pick up tube in place on the rear main when you dropped the pan???

That tube is a drain tube as I understand it, but yes, it is welded in place!

Good Question to ask the builder and it would be good to have someone check the clearances of the new bearings before installation.
