starter dirve lubrication or not?
starter dirve lubrication or not?
i have always heard to clean starter drive and leave ungreased or oiled. i periodically have to take out and clean when it does not engage. i recently put a new bendix drive on my AA. if it sits more than a few days it whizzes but does not engage. tapping on housing will make it catch. should i use light oil or grease. what do i have to loose. any advice.
