Looking for a NOS or good original torque tube grease retainer for the worm drive end of the drive shaft/torque tube. This holds the felt grease seal in and keeps the worm bearing from walking forward.
Thanks

Bob:
Thanks, but what I am looking for is a better grease retainer that is metal and goes in the worm gear end of the torque tube and has a heavy felt grease sponge,( for lack of what to call it), in it. It goes up against the washer and front roller bearing of the worm. Any help is great, thanks.

I'd try Tom Godish of Model A Ford Works, Portland OR. 503-282-2212. He helped me out with some inner rear axle felt seals and retainer cups for my early '28 worm drive axle.
